  We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish with Roman and Micah at Serrano’s Heating and Cooling. From the very beginning through the completion of the job, their communication and workmanship were outstanding. They clearly know their craft and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. They consistently kept my husband and me informed about what was happening and what to expect next, which gave us great peace of mind during what could have been very stressful. We are extremely grateful for their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson!

  Someone driving one of your vehicles came to Dan Felix park with their dog to throw a Frisbee, let them run off leash not a huge deal (still against the law) but also let their dog shit on the soccer field and didn't clean it up. 👎🏼👎🏼

  Need to replace my mini-split and was able to get a TEP rebate plus a very reasonable price. Family owned business. Professional, friendly and understood the product needed. I Highly recommend Serrano's!! Roman and Noe' did a fabulous job with installation. Very friendly and timely and knowledgeable!!
