Miquel was out today to make repairs and upgrades on my furnace and heat pump. Miquel was courteous, friendly, and professional in every aspect. Arrived on time, explains what he will do and did a great job. Afterwards he explains and shows me repairs and makes sure I’m satisfied with end results. I’m very pleased. I love Riteway and all the professionalism they show from the scheduling, office staff, to the technicians! They do great work! This is the 4th time I’ve had them out and on every occasion I was given the best service without any pushiness for more. They are professional, honest, have good prices, and do great work! They are my go to business. And just saying, after living in AZ for 4 years, good customer service businesses are very hard to find! Riteway is a keeper.

We recently had a new AC and duct installed at our house. The team, lead by Damien K was the most professional, courteous, and enjoyable group of men I have had the chance to work with. They all took the time to explain what they were doing, what was coming next and all remaining steps. In addition to putting up with my, they treated my dogs , goat and cat like part of their family, petting and talking to them. After two very long days working at my house, they left leaving my house in better shape and condition then it was when they showed up. Not just with the new ac and ducts, but the entire house is cleaner then before the started, placing tarps over items before cutting the holes for the ducts, and going back after with a vacuum grabbing any remaining dust. The only negative thing I have to say is that I dont get the opportunity to have the team back tomorrow for another day.

Thomas was awesome! From the very start, Thomas was patient with my many questions answering all questions with expert knowledge. Plus... with humor! Both knowledge and humor helped during my first time getting a septic tank pumped. Thomas also helped diagnose a clogged line toward the leach field. I explained that I have experience replacing damaged sewer lines and Thomas scoped the outlet pipe toward the leach field, measured distance, slope, depth, and marked where the clog is so I'll be able to excavate the soil. He gave me great tips about using copper sulfate or salt around buried pipe to avoid root growth. Thomas hosed lots of gunk off of concrete risers. He explained everything he was doing... pumping, stiring up tank contents, misalignment of inlet and outlet pipes, details about cleaning filter, septic tank construction and proper "operation" and so much more! He also showed me a larger 6in filter that I was glad I was able to buy during this service call. Overall... 5star performance in every aspect of this visit.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Rite Way. Jeromy Cooper did an outstanding job installing my septic tank risers. Even though he may not be a fan of Lexus vehicles, he definitely earned high marks from me! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The finished result was exactly what I expected, clean, precise, and done right.
I also want to recognize the Rite Way customer service team for their fast and responsive support. They were clear, detailed, and took the time to answer all my questions. They worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted without any confusion or hassle.
It was truly a pleasure working with Rite Way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I originally had Bill out in November for a quote on the AC and duct replacement. Prior to his arrival, I had 3 other companies come out, gave all 4 companies the same information, and Bill is the only one appeared to have read what I requested and understood. He was a pleasure to work with, understanding and informative. That treatment and understanding didn't stop with Bill. I feel that every individual that I have interacted with from Rite-Way has treated me, my pets, and my house with respect, honesty and caring. It is such a wonderful opportunity to work with a group of people that may be in a "blue collar" environment, but still have outstanding customer service skills. It doesnt feel forced or rehearsed. It feels natural and authentic. Thank you for this opportunity of working with your staff and thank you to your staff for treating me and my pets like their family.
