  I wanted a free estimate of the costs to add a drain pipe to my water heater and called Rite Way for the estimate. They immediately scheduled a person to come and provide the estimate on the same day. Brandon Moore came later that day after texting me he was on the way. He was knowledgeable about my request and the water heater in general. He immediately was able to give me not only an estimate to work on the issue, but to also replace the water heater, as it is nearing the typical life span. Within 5 to 10 minutes he emailed me an estimate for both jobs. So I was very pleased with him and Rite Way for getting someone out here so quickly.

  Riteway is ripping people off! Attached are two estimates, one from Riteway for $14,000.00 and another from Tepco for $6,000.00 to $8,000. Riteway wanted to charge me double! They also talked me into their $15.00 a month membership for them to come out twice a year and service my A/C and Heater. First visit the kid hit me up for $3,000.00 which I payed like a dumb schmuck!!!!!! Then I had them come out to give me a quote on a water softener. That was $7,000.00. I'm not sure where they come up with these number, but I feel super taken advantage of!!! So be very careful using them or just stay clear all together! The customer service and all the employees are soooo nice that you don't think that they are ripping you off, till your $20 grand in the whole to them in just one year!

  I have never been comfortable hiring a plumber. There are too many listings on the internet and few differences in their postings. I have used Rite Way the last two times when I needed a plumber, and I intend to use them again when needed. I am impressed with their professionalism as a company from the initial contact requesting service, to their promptness of an appointment, and their courtesy on arrival. The plumbers are experience, polite, and respectful of your home, and in cleaning up afterwards. They consciously keep the customer informed on the progress of the job. Most importantly the estimate of the job is reasonable and they make every effort to complete the job as estimated. My first experience with Rite Way the job of fixing a sewer tank/pumping station expanded after a quick look upon removing the tank cover and draining the tank. Rite Way immediately recommended the 16 year old pumping station obviously needed a complete restoration I respected their advice and at the end I was pleased with their expertise, quality of the job, and cost. Our second call to Rite Way was for smaller job of fixing a shower/bath tub faucet with no hot water. A previous experience with a similar faucet issue, I was skeptical of the estimated price. My earlier experience resulted in major issues in replacing the original cartridge; increasing the difficulty and time estimate to complete the job. The plumbers quickly experienced the same issues in removing the old cartridge and it look like the only option was to replace the entire faucet valve requiring cutting wallboard in the adjoining bedroom. I was pleased with the plumbers perseverance and determination trying other options and finally a solution They completed the job without having to remove the wallboard or destroy wall tile in the shower., I believe the job took more hours than originally estimated; I was asked to pay the original amount. My endorsement of Rite Way is that I believe I have found a plumber that I am comfortable with. Their price may not be the lowest, but I have confidence in their expertise and quality of their work.

  There's a reason this company has so many positive reviews. It's because they hit all the marks of an excellent business, and are consistent with the customer service and technician skill. We received bid from 3 different companies for our new HVAC system. Each bid was slightly different in price, but Rite Way far exceeded the others in communication, clarity, transparency, ease, follow through and professionalism. We asked for a company that could coordinate with our roofing company since we were also having a new roof put on and not only did they do that (without involving us at all), but our roofing company made sure I knew that they will be saving Rite Way's information and suggesting them to future customers. We are so thrilled to have this potentially stressful event behind us, and relieved that it wasn't stressful at all. A special shout out to Eric, who was the first person we worked with in this whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything we needed to, and we are really grateful to him and to Rite Way.

  I made an appointment for an estimate on a new toilet, a new water heater, and a kitchen leak. I guess I wasn't supposed to ask what size kitchen sink I'd put in if I were to buy one because when I did, he sort of whined and said he "wasn't sure" if he knew how. when I questioned him he said he was "more of a water heater guy".(??) he did measure the sink, which took all of 30 seconds. moving on to the water heater. he had trouble finding prices on his little pad and certainly didn't offer any extra information. he made it very clear he was inconvenienced having had to come out to my home in Avra valley. moving on to the new toilet, which took all of about 2 minutes by the way, when I asked about prices, he whined that "now he had to switch (screens) from water heaters to toilets." at that point it was just sort of weird and awkward so I cheerly assured him that I had disclosed i'd would be needing estimates on for all items at the time of making the appointment. his response was petulant silence. it was ridiculous. he was also unable to provide even ballpark pricing as far as only paying for installation. essentially nothing was accomplished. am I to understand that with this company there's a different tech that comes out for each different plumbing issue in a home?
