- AMA MJun 28, 20241.0If I could give them 0 Stars I would. My clients were being told one thing then another about rate buy downs. No one was on the same page. Until the closing day. Wrong loan buy down on closing docs. House was NOT ready and forced us to close. They scheduled repairs for a whole month later. If you want a Richmond house DO NOT COME WITHOUT your agent. Brand new agents, literally 3-6 months new working at the office and they don’t know what they are doing. Btw no garage motor is included with the sale of your house 😅 Might as well go with LGI….
