- ZHZelema HarrisJul 6, 20201.0I contracted with the company to identify leaks in my roof. None were found but tiles were replaced at a cost of $3,500. I talked to the owner about the project. He was rude and defensive. A few months later water started pouring into neighbors yard when it rained. Gutter and downspout were missing. I am not sure if this were the case before JEV worked on my home but it was never discussed with me. I called the owner today and again he was rude and defensive. I would not recommend this company. They over charge and their quality of work is poor.

I called you asked him to come out and look at it and the owner Jim came out and was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with what don’t do anything to help me and had a very demeaning attitude towards me when I asked him about specific things I would never recommend this company to anybody I paid a lot of money 10 years ago for a 30 year roof with top not shingles it’s not holding up and they won’t do anything about it . Use someone else
