- RTRich ThiemMar 8, 20225.0We have had the new RainSoft EC5 system for almost a month. We love it. We have noticed a significant change in such a short time. Some things we have noticed is our skin is softer, laundry fells better, we use less cleaning products including soap/shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher works so much more efficiently, just to name a few. Our representative was Matt Hall. He was amazing and made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure to buy. I also have to compliment the additional cleaning products that came with the system. 3 yrs worth. We have switched to these now. Our favorites are the dishwasher detergent (powder), laundry soap, and glass cleaner. We are still learning about the other cleaners but haven’t found one that didn’t work. We will probably continue to buy these products when we that finally run out. Thanks again!!!

I’m also a new homeowner too and I do not regret purchasing the water system and purifier at all. I’m so glad I did. If you can afford to buy or do a payment option it is worth it. I’ve never been happier! I’ve lived with hard water most of my life living in a apartment. And I literally though I made the bathroom dirty and now cleaning the bathroom makes me want to cry. I don’t have to work as hard sweating hunched over scrubbing the tub and the toilets are so clean! brand new without any water deposits or build up after more then a few months with this system. The bathrooms also don’t seems to get bad if I waited a little longer to do normal cleaning. I also don’t squeegee the shower glass doors. This is a miracle to me because I though all that build up was normal. Also the water purifier in the kitchen sink faucet taste amazing with cold ice. I use it for my drinking, cooking and pets water. Over all the process was pretty simple with Matt helping and his explanations and in home lab water tests. I’m glad I did this right away with my new home before any build up could happen thanks to Matt. If Matt had not come right away door to door, I don’t like to even think about what it be like without Rain Soft.
