  If Navid could get NEGATIVE STARS he'd get TEN. First off, he portrays himself as an honest businessman, who sells new quality products from his showroom. He even goes as far as allowing customers to take sample tiles. When my 85 y.o. mother required his services for tile and carpeting it went from bad to worse. I witnessed her select a particular tile, we took a sample. A week later, his working came to retrieve the sample, then returned with the wrong color and began laying it. Within a day the tile was removed, it wasn't the right one. What is shown is the compromise, the original color had pinkish undertones, this is yellow. Apparently, Navid switches up his promise because when my mother brought it to his attention, he flew off the handle - spewing epithets - SPITTLE FLEW HIS MOUTH he was so angry, threatening action, demanding she keep the WRONG MATERIALS and PAY. He charged her for work he didn't perform. He played nice but switched up when a mistake was presented. DON'T USE HIM

  I used Flooring Direct to install hardwood floors in my living room and bedroom. Navid was fantastic from the start. He helped me select the right product within my price range and was very transparent about costs the entire way through. There were never any surprises. His team worked quickly and did a fantastic job. The floors look beautiful and I would post photos but the place is currently a mess due to ongoing renovations. I highly recommend choosing this fantastic local business for your next flooring project.

  My wife went to three different locally owned flooring stores and obtained pricing for three different tiles. After comparing three similar ceramic tiles from three different stores, inclusive of installation costs, additional charges, etc. she was right. Flooring Direct's prices were significantly higher for the same product. The prices were so out of whack that I discreetly went to the store to confirm. Well, here it goes, "sorry honey, you were right, their prices are that high."

  The sales person was very helpful with selection and the price was affordable until you factor in the damage by the installers who left nicks on the walls and ceiling fan blades, and pulled the door out by the hinges.

  Navid was easy to work with and most importantly wanted to make sure we were happy with the carpet which we chose. We got an estimate from Flooring Direct because of their positive reviews and it compared well with other Tucson carpet companies. In the end I believe we got a very good quality carpet; they were able to deliver within a week; and their installers were excellent. They moved what few pieces of furniture we could not. They were very efficient and neat. Bottomline we are very pleased with our new carpet.
