  Regretting having tried this route for our kitchen island. We put in our order Sept 27th, It is now December 12th. Cabinets to Go outsources the counter tops to another company. First they had to charge us 2 additional fees as they apparently did not have the calculations correct or something not even sure. One fee was for .02 (yes 2 Cents) that prevented the paperwork from going through to Xact Stone. I kept having to call to find out where we were in the process finally after weeks Xact Stone said they had our order we waited again. Finally set an installation date of December 11th with a 1 pm start and 3-4 hour window of arrival, didn't hear anything all day finally closer to 4 pm I call to see if anyone was coming out they were delayed (obviously) I get a text at almost 6 pm saying they were about 45 minutes out. I said forget it! What reputable business is installing counter tops at 7 PM ??? They reschedule for the next morning I was told we would be one of the first appointments with an 8:00 a.m. start window. Well low and behold they didn't show up until after 1:00pm. We will be glad when this project is complete and will Never use this company again. Live an learn the hard way at times.

  Worst experience I ever delt with and cost us 50,000. If I can could rip it all out I definitely will if they redo it. Going on 2 months and still nothing being done just the run around going to BBB and attorney general office. Maybe that will help them out and treat us fair. If it wasn’t for Bernadette nothing would have hit finished. Also the new contractor they used was great moes custom wood. Thank you Bernadette.

  I have a very limiting footprint in my kitchen, and Peter did such an amazing job helping me get the most out of my space, always keeping my budget in mind. No high pressure sales tactics, just professionalism and kindness. It was a pleasure to work with him.

  Do not use this company! I ordered cabinets and countertops from them (through my contractor) back in February for a Reno we planned to start at the end on September. We installed the cabinets (minus some doors that they ordered incorrectly) and my contractor called to schedule the countertops measuring to be done by the Cabinets-to-go fabricator. He wouldn't return the call in spite of multiple attempts by my contractor. Finally he told them to cancel the order and we would get the countertop somewhere else. For more than 3 weeks my contractor attempted to speak with a regional manager and someone from the home office but no one would return his call. Finally, I went to the store and told the manager I would not leave until it was settled. I got the run around from a salesman and the manger. Finally after spending almost 3 hours there, I was told that my order had been cancelled in July by the fabricator stating that "customer cancelled because they no longer own the property. " I then demanded to know why we weren't notified and why my money ( appprox $5000)had not been refunded to my contractor. About a week later, he did receive the money but it did not include the sales tax that was paid. They also charged for a "free" sink which he had returned and has a receipt indicating the return. I never received the correct doors because they wouldn't order them stating that we hadn't paid for them yet. Never mind the fact that at the time they owed us $5000. I finally told them to forget the doors. I don't want to deal with them any longer! If you are considering them, run away as fast as you can. They are at best incompetent and at worst criminal in their conduct.

  Customer service is on point. Came in the other day to look at some cabinets for a remodle and was not sure on some things. Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable he had me laughing at one point. All in all his service was great. Totally recommend coming here. Can't wait to make my first purchase.
