  I received notification just like promised 25” prior to Carlos’ arrival. He reviewed all my systems, explained what and why of his visit. Was efficient and timely in his work. Explained my options. I chose to follow his recommendations. Carlos is so very tidy…wore paper boots each time he entered the house and swept up insulation that escaped from the attic. He is due to return to replace a part and do some other maintenance work next week. Nice guy. Good personality. Hope he will always be my technician.

  I've been dealing with several AC companies over the years for my AC maintenance and haven't really found one I fully trust or that has left me fully satisfied. An ad for Cool Willy's popped up regarding a $39.99 AC maintenance, and I decided to reach out and see how they work. OMG!!! This company is absolutely amazing!! I wish I had found them earlier. My technician, Noah, was incredible! He was so transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. He even encouraged me to follow him around and observe what he did! I actually learned a lot about AC units as Noah was quite educational. I am blow away by this experience and feel like I finally found my lifetime AC maintenance people...that is if Noah stays! Lol! Call Cool Willy's. You will not regret it!

  I can’t say enough great things about Cool Willys. My AC went out unexpectedly, and with a kid in the house it quickly turned into an urgent situation. This all happened later in the evening around 9 PM, and despite it being off hours, their team was incredibly responsive. From the moment I called, the operator was friendly, professional, and made me feel reassured right away that help was on the way. The technician who came out, James, was outstanding. He was extremely kind, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. What really stood out to me was his honesty and transparency. He didn’t try to upsell anything or rush through the job. Instead, he carefully walked me through the issues, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and documented everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on with my system. You can tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I was comfortable and informed. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find these days. I don’t know if all of their technicians are like James, but I truly hope they are, because if so, this company is doing something very right. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Fast response, great communication, honest work, and top-level service. I would highly recommend Cool Willies to anyone needing HVAC help.

  Cool Willy’s had installed our AC unit 3 days ago. They have bring the furnace unit into the ceiling and they have to remove the scuttle whole frame so the unit could fit. However they left scuttle cover and the frame leaning towards the wall and someone will come back to put them together for the reason that they did not bring a nail to attach back to the ceiling. My husband has been calling them back to ask when are they going to come back and fix it but there is no definite answer other than “we do not have the control of the handyman schedule. So then we just have to whenever someone is available? I found it really disrespectful to just leave our house in that situation for 3 days now. They dismantle the frame, they should have put them together before they leave. It is unreasonable to leave it that way because they don't have a nail. It would not be a problem if they come back the next day and fix it. Instead leaving us hanging and left our ceiling uncovered and all the dust falling to the kitchen counter which is a mess. I found it unprofessional and disrespectful to leave someone’s house in a mess for 3 days and no action taken. Few days from now, the scuttle frame and cover wont be fix, i will be force to file a complain against this company.

  Update 3/30/2026. After reading response which was rather ridiculous I must say here are the facts. 94% of this country doesn’t serve in the military to earn the freedom they have. Of the 6% that do, only around 20-25% are combat veterans. So, providing products and services at cost or 5% over is recognizing and paying back in a small way the very minority combat veterans and would have nothing to do with being able to stay in business and back the work. It’s a sad country that reasoning like that is even considered. Contacted as fathers manufactured home whom passed recently needed some a/c work after potential buyer made offer and sent partial information about issue. They did show up as requested and provided info. Unfortunately in my opinion as a potential customer pricing is well above reasonable beyond a little profit. I sent them a email and was deeply concerned that I would get a call back by Tyler stating “I’m a combat veteran too and was offended by your email”. Well, Tyler, you being a combat veteran is great and I am glad you served to earn your freedom, but, me being a 2x 100% disabled combat veteran is not the same. And if stating we should be getting products and services at cost or 5% over is offensive, bfd. Stating you are the best company in Tucson is subjective, and based on this interaction even if service was provided for free at this point I would refuse.
