My technician (Joshua Ontiveros) was great. He arrived on time and was polite. He noticed issues with my water pressure and recommended replacing my PRV which was a game changer.
- PSPhillip ScottMar 25, 20263.0I have always been pleased with the service from Wolfgang's HVAC service over the years. Last week My 2 yo Bosh crashed It has been 6 days since to issue was found. I am not so concerned with the amount of time this is taking but the lack of communication is making me crazy. You must manage expectations this has been really bad. On Monday the service man showed up with a part to repair. He had no history and did not know why he was here other than to replace a sensor wire. Yesterday I was expecting the service person at 7:00 AM as promised I called at 8:45 and again at 10:00AM both times I was told dispatch would vall back at 1:10 PM and was told that the caller did not know why he was calling. Supposedly some one is coming on Thursday.
