  I highly recommend using this company. I had some water bills that were over 1000 per month. They came out and checked everything. They made an adjustment on one of my toilets that they believed could be the culprit. All of this was at no charge. They charge you if they have to do plumbing work, obviously. The man that came over was extremely friendly and helpful. Janet

  Horrible service. I needed service for a gas hot water heater. The technician opened the cover and announced that there was nothing he could do but replace the entire unit for $8300. Then he tried to charge me $169 for “diagnostics” when he didn’t diagnose anything. I did not pay. The next plumbing company responded within the hour and repaired it for $205. I will never call this company again.

  Had problems with water heater, and air-conditioning stopped on me. Called and they both resolved my experience today. Helped so tonight I have cooling until the will arrive Saturday. And water heater replacement tomorrow. Fast and reliable. And my payment is affordable. Both men were very understanding and helped me through the process. With no hesitation at all. My day ended with a very Blessed Day.

  I just want to say David is a really great technician. He’s humble, very patient, and takes the time to actually look you in the eye and explain what’s going on with the AC in a way that makes sense. You can tell he cares about doing the job right and treating people with respect. Honestly, I’m sure every customer he works with walks away liking him and trusting his work. David is a solid, professional guy, and it really shows in how he does his job.

  I lived in a park model for 7 years. We had to get a new heat pump 2 1/2 yrs ago...had sempre fi put in...10 year warranty. I sold the place 2 months ago to an older gentleman and advised him about warranty...ok. something happened to make it go off and on....not sure what the problem was but reminded him of warranty. Somehow Tucker was there...had the sides of the unit off. A young man said needed some board and surge protector.....why wouldn't your company..seeing this is a new unit..advised the gentleman to call the original company? Then a few days later tell him he needs a new unit..$10,000. There is no way this was needed. Even a neighbor said you guys weren't looking at the right problem. I seen 2 techs by the truck before the new unit got put in....I asked what was wrong with the one there....they told me they were trying to figure it out......but yet he needed a new unit. I find doing business this way is taking advantage of people
