  Scottsdale Air was extremely prompt and kept us informed after a thorough air conditioning maintenance check. A complete explanation of what was done and what was suggested. We are considering the recommended next plan of action. The technician Kyle was excellent! I highly recommend this company!

  Angel/Isic… Best installers anyone could ask for. Informative. Respectful. Didn’t even need to be there. Easy to trust, communicate with. Gave me so many tips I appreciated! Billy/Noah… Best sales/service duo there is. Came to save the day after an unfortunate AI digital assistant mix up with their answering service. They turned the experience around. Came in to deep dive in the issues to find best solution for my problems with my AC. Best deal in town from a local company. When you get someone from the company on the phone you’ll know immediately you’re dealing with professionals. Thank you. Side note. You have NO IDEA how updating your system helps this day and age. I went from a roaring Lincoln Lennox from 2011 to a Tesla Plaid “engine” if you can call it that… so so so so quiet. So pleasant. What used to be 72 is now 78 in here. I can’t even hear the thing when it turns on… before it was an EVENT. The noise was intense. Listen to these guys! If they end up saying it’s time. It’s def time for a new unit. Their prices are the best. Coming from someone in the industry myself. Design.architecture.

  I had high hopes given all the greet reviews and my interaction with Justin while looking at what was needed. I short, I needed a new water softener and a hot water heater. Justin sent me over a quote later in the day and the price was much better than competitors. Ended up getting the work schuled about a week and half later. This is where is goes down hill and the reason for the one star review. The guys showed up on time and installed the water softener and hot water heater. They did not replace a water spigot that is in the utility room and was included in the quote. The second problem is that the quote noted an ION 12 water softener which was not what was installed. Ended up with a Ferguson which is a good brand so I let that one go however asked Jason to send me the information on it so I could register for the warranty. Although Justin said he would send it, I have yet to receive it. E I have left a half dozen messages for Justin to call me over the last 3 weeks so the water spigot and the discharge could be completed as agreed and again, included in the quote. Despite all the messages, I have not recevied a call back and the work that was quoted has not been completed. The receptionist did mention Justin was at an industry event when I left one of the messages but I am assuming those don't go on for several weeks. I suppose there is a chance the receptionist is not passing along my messages but I doubt that is the case. At this point I cant recommend Scottsdale Air since the job was not completed and they are not returning my calls.

  My opinions: 1) Terrible service and no response after leaving 3 messages. 2) Only seem interested in pushing add-ons. 3) Many recent years of regrets with Scottsdale Air, seems like things went downhill fast when they were bought out by larger company / investors.
