  My Friday coffee run was interrupted by a broken opener and spring I called Same Day and Joseph showed up just a few hours later. Joseph was timely, professional and a great communicator, explaining things clearly and outlined our available options. The work was completed in the timeline quoted and before leaving Joseph ensured I knew how to utilize all features of my new opener. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Same Day and the team to my friends and family. Thanks Joseph for getting us back on track!

  Great service. Will use again. Our Technician Jeff, called to let us know he was on his way. Our window was 2 to 4 and Jeff arrived at 2:10. Jeff listen to what our concerns were, then he asked us questions to get a complete picture of what was needed. He the worked up the cost for us and presented it. Absolutely no pressure to add anything extra or upsell us. Jeff then went to work and did an excellent job. When finished Jeff walked us through everything he had done. Then Jeff outlined a normal maintenance schedule for us.

  We had a fantastic experience with Jason D from Same Day Garage Doors. He was timely, courteous, and very professional from start to finish. What really stood out was his persistence—our issue turned out to be more complicated than expected, but he never gave up and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and truly committed to doing the job right. We really appreciated his dedication and would absolutely recommend Jason and Same Day Garage Doors to anyone in need of service!

  We are very pleased with our experience with Same Day Garage Door Services, would recommend them to friends and family, and will definitely use them for future needs Our service technician was great! Jeff called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time as scheduled, and after a comprehensive overview of the problems, he offered the different service level options, explaining everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work!

  This review is a little overdue, but much deserved. We had Mike come out and give us a quote for new hardware, springs, bearings, rollers, etc. on our garage door. Basically, we needed everything except the door and the motor. He arrived on time, was courteous and did good work and had the job done in under 90 minutes. Awesome! But that's where the good service started, to our surprise... Few days later, Emily from Same Day called and asked if we were pleased with Mike, and if Billy could stop by for a double-check to go over the work, see if anything was missed or needs adjusting. My first thought, and I even pressed Emily on this, was..."we're about to be upsold on a motor or something". We were skeptical, but made the appointment anyway. Billy arrived, and like Mike was courteous and on time. Turns out, there was no upsell, no extra charges, no money requested. Billy noticed that our sensors were slightly higher than code, so he adjusted. Also noticed a loose bold on the brackets holding the motor, which he adjusted to make sure everything was tight. He went over Mike's work, made sure we were happy and knew about lubricating the parts every 6 months with the right oil product, and was on his way. In the end, we got not only the repair we needed, but great service from two members of the team. No pressure, no upsell, just actual decent service. Since Covid it seems like service has gone downhill across the board...retail, hotels, restaurants, repairs, etc. Everything. It was really nice to find a company that actually still knows how to do service right. Unexpected, but really nice. Kudos to Same Day, and big thanks to Mike and Billy.
