  Technicians Carlos and Alian from Rescue One Air provided outstanding service. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous throughout the entire visit. They took their time in my attic to thoroughly inspect all ducts and the unit, which I really appreciated. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our system was properly evaluated was exceptional. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. It’s not always easy to find technicians you can trust, but Carlos and Alian definitely exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them and Rescue One Air to anyone needing reliable and honest service.

  Rescue Air One is the best company for anything involving air conditioners. I have used them for my air conditioning needs for the past 9 years. I just moved to a new house and discovered that the AC needed to be replaced. Rescue One Air to the Rescue! Nate and Kevin (the installers) were great! It was a big job and they made sure everything was done to perfection. They even went the extra mile to run wire that was needed for the new thermostat. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. It is so important to make certain your AC is running properly to make it through the hot Arizona summers. Rescue One Air has always serviced my AC twice a year, spring and fall. I highly recommend Rescue One Air if you are looking for a good AC company that knows what they are doing and provides great customer service. Cheryl Koontz

  First hot night of spring of course my startup solenoid failed. It was previously replaced during the maintenance agreement window so the part was covered. Due to turnover and computer system upgrades since the part replacement, there was no record of my maintenance agreement – but Dwayne Miller was fantastic. He kept me updated on what was going on, I showed him my paperwork, he spoke with the office– several times – and got it replaced for the cost of the service visit. Dwayne didn't just provide excellent customer service, he shared useful tips and has a wealth of knowledge in this field, having serviced everything from industrial complex units to drinking fountains – the man knows his stuff and it was evident on this visit. He took the time to make sure I felt good about the service and proceeded ahead with confidence in Rescue One Air. So far each experience I've had has been excellent, highly recommended.

  I called Rescue One Air for a routine AC tune-up they were running a promo for. Nothing was wrong with my system, I just wanted to get it checked before the summer months. After their inspection, I was told they were “shocked it was still running” and that the repairs would be so extensive I should just replace the entire unit. I was quoted $16,000–$35,000. Both Tyler and Justin seemed nice enough and trustworthy, but I felt like a second opinion was smart before such a large purchases The second company found my system to be in good working condition and completed a simple service for $120. No major issues. No urgent repairs. No need for replacement. This wasn’t a small difference in opinion. This was the difference between a $120 service and being aggressively pushed toward a $16k–$35k purchase. I do not trust their recommendations and highly recommend that you don’t trust them without verifying elsewhere first. Please get a second opinion before agreeing to anything major with this company.

  From the get go Rescue One Air was great to work with! I had researched on Angi’s List of HVAC companies in our area - initially looking for repair to our 16 year old system! We chose Rescue One based on their BBB score and customer reviews. I was impressed by the scheduler who ensured we would be taken care of quickly! Called on Monday, Technician Joshua D was to our home on Tuesday! Prompt, courteous, respectful of our home (wore slipper covers for his shoes) and wanting to be our ‘Hero’ for an easy fix, it was unfortunate it wasn’t an easy fix. Joshua walked us through what was wrong taking pictures in the attic and showing us in detail where the problems were. It was inevitable, we needed a new system. We had an idea of what it may cost for a new AC unit but we needed to replace all! Ugh! Tyler was the salesperson who, with Josh still at our home 2 hours later, got on a call with us to discuss next steps! After working with us, we settled on not the most basic, but in the middle. We chose a Goodman, 2 stage for our 2k square foot home. Because of the time of year, Rescue One was able to schedule next day! Whew as it’s warming up! 8:00 AM next morning Keith W arrived- again very courteous, respectful of our home lying canvas tarps on floor throughout where they would be working! Lead installer-Nate arrived with the new AC unit a few minutes later! Both were very good to work with! We let them do their job and by 5:30 PM we were up and running letting us know of their progress throughout the day. They installed a new Honeywell thermostat which was a first for them they said! Connected to our WiFi and App controlled it is great! The following day we had Wayne, a subcontractor who repaired our entrance to the attic, as Keith and Nate took off the trim work which we knew about as they told us, and did an ok job! Would we recommend Rescue One to our friends? Absolutely! 💯 and they have so many services available if needed! We appreciate what they did and look forward to being comfortable in our home for years to come, knowing they are available if something goes wrong! Joshua, Nathan, Tyler, Keith and the kind scheduler, a heartfelt Thank you!!!
