  I've been using Peterson HVAC for a few years and I will keep going back. They have the most consistent, high quality technicians and trades professionals. For this job I had them replace a faulty Rinnai water heater with a new Navien unit. The new unit was installed quickly and without any mess. It is far superior to the Rinnai, as promised by Peterson. I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality, cost, and expediency of their service.

  The Peterson group handles our HVAC and plumbing requirements. Has done so over the years. Highly recommend the team for service. They are forthright with their assessment, timely with their service, demonstrate care and concern with the residence and charges are always reasonable and well explained.

  Great family owned business here in the valley. They definitely care about customer service and establishing a service relationship. We've had two issues with our HVAC that will ultimately lead to replacing the whole unit but at each time they've given us more affordable options to keep the unit running so we can take our time to research the unit we ultimately want to replace it with. The tech even completed maintenance from our service agreement while he was here diagnosing the problem without us asking. We will always use Petersons for all of our HVAC and also plumbing needs!

  I called Peterson Air Care and home Services to connect my built in bbq and range to their respective propane lines. Not only did they successfully connect both appliances, they made sure the range was flush with the counter top and level in all directions. While this sounds easy it was actually quite an involved task— the technicians needed to place blocks under the range legs to achieve the appropriate height. Given the immense weight of the range I was impressed by their dedication to getting it done right. To top it all off, they completed all this work on a Saturday! I will continue to use and recommend Peterson Air Care and Home Services in the future!

  Brandon came out and did a complete check up on our plumbing system. We were having drainage issues. Every thing checked out. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable young man. Signed up for their maintenance program. Highly recommend. D
