  The Best! Fantastic communication prior to service. On time for appointment and personality plus with Jeff! I was given an estimate with high and low prior to service. The actual service came in lower than estimate!! It’s a pleasure to give a review for McFarland and Sons as their work is first class and price was the best of the many companies that contacted me. If you love your existing carpet, this is the company to call for your needs. When I’m ready for new carpeting, I will use McFarland and Sons for the installation. I’ve used them twice, they have my business forever!! A very satisfied Customer

  Jeff was amazing to work with! He fixed a patch that our dog made in less than 20 minutes. Our estimate was $150 but he only charged us $99. Another company wanted to charge us $300! We couldn’t be happier with the work they did and will be happy returning customers of this locally owned business.

  Had a wonderful experience with this company! Jeff, the owner, came to our home and repaired our 15-year old carpet. It had ripples due to wear and Jeff repaired it. It looks great! He is very personable and diligent. Diane, the office contact, is also pleasant to work with and is very helpful. The pricing was very fair and I will certainly use this company again in the future.

  If you are looking for someone to repair carpet, you found it. We were moving into a new house that had wrinkles in the carpet. We wanted to get the carpet stretched before the movers brought in all of our furniture. McFarland and Son flooring were able to work Us in just in time and they did a fantastic job fixing our carpet. Looks good as new.

  Jeff would get 10 Stars if they were available! I had Jeff (the Owner) perform carpet stretching for me over 15 years ago and he did an outstanfing job in terms of cost, schedule and Quality of work. This past week I had McFarland & Son install carpeting in our house and he was "johnny on the Spot" with VERY quick turnaround time from providing an immediate estimate arriving at the house on time as promised and then installing the carpet on time as promised! Once again, the cost, schedule and quality of work was 2nd to none! I am also an AZ Licensed General Contractor and I can tell you that I typically can't find ANYONE that delivers "as promised" the way Jeff does! When you don't want to waste your time an more importantly your hard earned dollars, look no further than McFarland and Son Flooring...like I said, TEN STARS!!! And if you look at any of my other Google or Yelp reviews, I am typically a very tough Grader with less than 5 Stars for a variety of reasons typically based on lack of performance, poor Quality or Customer Service or Cost!
