  Never paid the sales organization for a church install we sold among several other things. Not the installer i would ever work with again.

  Tite homes came highly recommended to my company and we trusted them. We had 3 transactions we were doing with them, 1 residential and 2 commercial projects. One of the employees committed fraud by claiming the solar was installed on a home and the finance company funded the solar loan even though the solar was not installed. They were paid for the equipment, the install, and the sales commission and claiming the solar was installed. When Tyler the owner of Tite homes was informed it first appeared that he was going to do what was right, as time passed he took the side of the employee. Had the wrong been confined to just one transaction, it could have been explained away as the action of the rogue employee but there is more. I would just be cautious of working with tite homes. There are a lot of companies to work with.

  I had the pleasure of working with Tyler at Tite Home. From our first meeting, Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to walk me through the entire solar installation process, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way.
