He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me gave me great options to pick from customer service skill, people person willing to listen to me and then tell me exactly what was my best options. the pricing was astonishing and the craftsmanship workmanship of overall performance of the garage door and parts. The final price was $1305.00. The opener (all remotes included) was priced about $400-$500 online this company charged over $700 for the opener alone then upcharged separately for the remotes and keypad and a $38 fee that wasn’t explained. I was in a bind to get this done so I had to pay the price where if I waited other companies were a few hundred dollars cheaper. I’ve had openers installed a few years ago for under $600.00, this seemed excessively high, but I can’t confirm today’s prices.

Jordans service stood out to me because he went above and beyond to make sure not only all my clickers were back up in action, but taking the addition time to help me set up my cars home link buttons were set up before I left. As a female it can be difficult to feel comfortable with men servicing my home, especially when no one is home. He made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. Hopefully I’ll have no issue with the garage in the future, but if I do, Jordan is going to be the guy I call first!

Debated on sharing based on the volume of 5 star reviews, but my experience was definitely not 5 stars. I called them (Emily who answered the phones was more knowledgeable than the guy they sent to my house and was extremely kind). I told him (Bernard) I need springs/tension to be corrected on my garage. He showed up and said he can’t help me as he doesn’t have the proper tools for the type of springs we have, and said they’re not broken but here’s a $1,200 quote to replace my current springs (that aren’t broken, per him). I said no thanks and then he tries to charge me the service fee still. How am I being charged for a job that you are unable to do because of your own tools. I had to call the company’s number back and explain the situation. They said they would call me back when a manager was in to discuss it so I went back out to tell him and he went to his car. About ten minutes later, he came back and knocked on my door and said oh now he can fix it…which seems odd considering previously he said they don’t have the correct tools. However I let him “fix” it anyway. About twenty minutes later he comes back and says he can’t fix it and that he did the work but it’s not springing up, he charged me the service fee, which I felt obligated to pay and left. I now have to call another company to see if what he said is even true. I don’t trust that he was even able to do the job as the company said he’s never worked on this spring before. Personally, I will not be going back to them as I was not given any confidence in this appt, and felt like it was all a gimmick to spend $1200 on something that’s not broken and pay a service fee for a waste of an appt.
