Whenever I had concerns about how my items would fit, he thoughtfully presented creative alternatives and practical solutions. I appreciate the quality of the product—the drawers glide smoothly and the shelves are easy to adjust. For pantry shelving, this is hands down better than standard builder-grade shelves, which tend to feel sticky and poorly finished. I also valued that Kyle was not a pushy salesperson and, in fact, encouraged us to hold off on ordering certain accessories until after we moved in and had a better sense of how we would utilize the space—an honesty that is rare and refreshing. Michelle came out very quickly after we contacted the company, provided same day design and estimate, bonus that there was an ongoing sale, and closer was installed within 3 weeks. Very smooth process. Installers really cared about their work. Michelle helped us coordinate clearing out our old closet and organizing our new one though her business s as well. 10/10 would recommend this group.

The quality of the materials are substantial, well-made and nicely designed. I waited two years before I did this project to know how I lived in the house and what I would need. It was all done in a timely manner and follow-up adjustments were done quickly. My only negative is they ask for a tip before the work begins and after the work is done. For the amount that I paid for this project, they shouldn't be asking for a tip. Maybe they should pay their workers more in their salary rather than asking the customer to supplement their salary. Also, Ignacio, the guy they recommended for the demolition of the existing closets was excellent. He did a very nice job. 👍
