  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Brightland builds their homes with the cheapest materials and contractors available. I submitted my sixty-day warranty claim in late November 2024, and issues still haven’t been resolved as of June 2025. I have reached out to people from the Maricopa Sales office and the Phoenix office and have been ignored with no response from both offices. They asked me to sign off on a warranty claim when the issues hadn’t been resolved! Just to list a few examples of issues: • Chipped Quartz Countertops • Stains in tile floor throughout home • Ethernet ports don’t work I would recommend avoiding purchasing from this builder. The second they get your deposit, they are no longer responsive or willing to resolve issues. DO NOT BUY A BRIGHTLAND HOME

  The experience with Brightland homes has been extremely positive so far. Right from the start of the loan process thru our warranty claim submissions for 60 days, everything has been smooth. Thanks to all the teams involved. Mary Steinmeyer was great to work with for loan applications, Neil Kohler the sales representative and Paul Godfrey PM were helpful throughout. Special thanks to Gregg Parmley the Warranty Representative for Brightland Homes. He has been extremely communicative and helpful with making sure all the claims have been taken care of. It is great to work with such an amazing team. It’s been 4 months today we closed on the house and would update the review as I go.

  Sometimes, changes are so difficult and stressful, and when you are searching for a home it adds, but when you find someone who cares, and really takes the time to do their best to serve you well, the process becones a bit easier, this was the case with Ms. Beverly Napierkowski, it took only a 5 minutes conversation for my wife to feel at easy with her, my wife voiced to me "I feel a great energy coming from her" and when we saw one of the Brightland's home at Canyon Views, we fell in love immediately and knew our search was over. We were still in the processing of selling our former home so, we were not sure we would be able to close on our new found home, but that doubt was cast way because Ms. Beverly Napierkowski made sure she would work with us through the entire process, and right then and there she assured us we would be able to close on the home of our dreams, well, she kept her promise and through the entire process she kept helping us until we finaly closed on our beautiful home. Thanks Ms. Beverly Napierkowski for your professionalism, knowedge and care, and your respect and appreciattion for a family of veterans, we are so greatful for your assitance and for helping us, making it possble for us to live in this great State of Arizona and this awesome neighboorhood at Brightland Canyon View.

  DON"T BUY A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER. ONCE YOU TAKE THE KEYS THEY DISAPPEAR! They closed on my house before it was ready and now you cannot get a response on repair requests.
