- RHRylan HudginsJun 13, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. Brightland builds their homes with the cheapest materials and contractors available. I submitted my sixty-day warranty claim in late November 2024, and issues still haven’t been resolved as of June 2025. I have reached out to people from the Maricopa Sales office and the Phoenix office and have been ignored with no response from both offices. They asked me to sign off on a warranty claim when the issues hadn’t been resolved! Just to list a few examples of issues: • Chipped Quartz Countertops • Stains in tile floor throughout home • Ethernet ports don’t work I would recommend avoiding purchasing from this builder. The second they get your deposit, they are no longer responsive or willing to resolve issues. DO NOT BUY A BRIGHTLAND HOME

Right from the start of the loan process thru our warranty claim submissions for 60 days, everything has been smooth. Thanks to all the teams involved. Mary Steinmeyer was great to work with for loan applications, Neil Kohler the sales representative and Paul Godfrey PM were helpful throughout. Special thanks to Gregg Parmley the Warranty Representative for Brightland Homes. He has been extremely communicative and helpful with making sure all the claims have been taken care of. It is great to work with such an amazing team. It’s been 4 months today we closed on the house and would update the review as I go.
- UJUzma JafriJan 29, 20241.0I’ve got no option but to post this review after getting the runaround since move in last September with lighting, plants, a messed up gas stove, leaking dishwasher with black mold on the island and NO REPAIRS ON THE SCHEDULE. I own several homes from several builders and have not seen this level of corporate and constructive ineptitude in all these years. This certainly deserves a BBB report and buyer beware notice. Do not purchase these homes. The follow up is non existent this early on, so there’s no way they fulfill their warranties.
