  Was told by the scheduling agent that it would cost $120 plus parts for first annual service of my new water conditioner,; typically no more than $190 to $220 max. $334 is what I was actually charged. The water tasted like garlic for almost 2 weeks before it fimally faded, and now the salt reservoir is filled with water and periodically overflowing onto my garage floor! And this is only one year after an installation of a system that they charged me $9800 to pzut ib my hone.... mire than double what anyone else charges for similar systems. And not one single promise the sales rep made has been lived up to. Learn from my mistakes and avoid these scamming thieves. I'm calling out a REAL plumber to fix what these people have screwed up.

  Even though I knew the water in Prescott wasn't the best, Matt showed me various samples from my tap. He compared my water (YUCK) to what it looked like after adding his samples (sparkling). My current water burns my eyes in the shower. My skin is also very dry, so I am hoping the soft water will help that as well. The fixtures around my sinks & shower doors show damage from the calcium in the water. I am having a new sink installed next month, as my current one has been ruined by the calcium & chemicals in the water. Matt explained everything & answered all my questions. He is a great representative for your company! I purchased the ERR3700 unit.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Collins Comfort from start to finish. The entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. From my initial meeting with Victoria, who took the time to explain all of my options and answer every question, to the installation crew that completed the job, everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way. The installation team paid close attention to every detail, making sure everything was installed to manufacturer specifications and operating perfectly before they left. They kept the work area clean, were respectful of my home, and walked me through my new system, explaining how to get the best performance and efficiency from it. They made sure I was comfortable using all of the features before the job was complete. They exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

  We recently had a water softener presentation from Collins Comfort, and we were thoroughly impressed. Our sales representative, Tyrel Potter, was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about water quality issues. Instead of a high-pressure sales pitch, Tyrel gave us an educational and eye-opening demonstration. He tested our water on the spot, clearly explained what the results meant, and showed us exactly how a water softener would benefit our home and appliances. He answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. If you are considering a water treatment system, we highly recommend Collins Comfort.   Aaron, the service tech was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and a people person. I traveled back home, from another state, for this appointment and one other and after having the appointment set for a month, was told that they needed to reschedule my service for the following weekend. This was the major reason that I have given 4 stars instead of 5. I know very little about A/C units, so I’m unable to rate the service technical side as to the actual work that was done and my A/C unit was working fine prior to this annual service. The tech advised two potential changes to my system (each just under $500) and I chose 1 of the 2 to hopefully prolong the life of my compressor. Overall, I was very pleased with the way the service tech explained himself and the apparent thoroughness of the work, all completed in a timely manner and I would recommend Collins to others. The rescheduling was somewhat understandable, as this is late June and if I was one of the emergencies, I would prefer being the priority.
