At the final walk-through your told it will be taken care of in 2 weeks, you go back and all blue tape is removed but wasn't fixed ..hmmm???? Then at 14 days your told we will catch it on the 30 day.... Then at 30 day your told, the cosmetic stuff will be talked about at 1 year! Seriously! You people are a joke!
- NMNadia MaynesApr 29, 20221.0BEWARE!!! Pay very close attention to the construction of your home and take pictures of every phase of construction so you have something to look back to. Watch your design and other options to be sure you get the correct stuff during construction, Richmond won't and then will ignore you after closing when things are not correct. They will lie to your face, tell you things will be done, and still not do them. We were forced to close with several things still to be completed due to multiple closing delays. Seems to be how they do business these days. Delay closing so long you are forced to accept an unfinished home. Warranty request process is a joke, no response and no action on anything after almost 3 months of living in an unfinished home. Certainly didn't get everything we paid for and won't hold my breath for compensation. Just would like a completed house since Richmond was paid in full, shysters!!
