  Roof inspection was thorough, they showed up on time to fix the roof. Deanna showed up in the middle of the job to check if things were going smoothly. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, left no mess and did a very good job on my roof. I would definitely recommend this company!

  This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Deanna was out for our scheduled appointment on time to look at our roof and make recommendations. We were in need of a small roof repair and general maintenance. True to her word we got the estimate on time and we accepted. The price was far less than i had anticipated. She was in constant communication right up to the day of our repair. We got word on the expected time and the crew and Deanna arrived. They were professional and got right to work. Repair and maintenance went quickly. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Deanna's communication. I would use Koala-T Roofing again without hesitation.

  Double hands down recommend!!! Deanna and her team were right on point from quote to final inspection. Reliable, on time and cleaned up any mess daily. Love that she’s a female owned company, she knocked it outta the park on my roof. I have multiple pictures from throughout the process and she stopped by often to check in. ***NO matter WHO you hire, please keep your sanity as well as your pets in mind and leave the house entirely with them. I was able to muster through it, but the noise level can be unhinged, my fish was even scared. My big and mighty dog was trying to blend in with the corner of my office. I knew it would be loud, but warning others it’s actually REALLY loud process.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Koala-T Roofing. I contacted Deanna on a Sunday evening after noticing a leak. She came out first thing Monday morning to conduct an inspection. Located the leak and showed me approximately 35 broken tiles that needed replacing. She provided me with different options and quotes that were quite reasonable. She promptly scheduled my repairs and the work was completed in just a couple of hours. Excellent communication and punctuality from the crew throughout the process. Deanna receives glowing reviews for a reason. Choosing Koala-T was an excellent choice and will be using this company in the future!

  Koala-T Roofing replaced our deteriorating patio roof and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They came a few weeks ago to evaluate the job and provide a quote. In addition to our primary concern, they also advised of some maintenance items that needed to be taken care of on our house roof which we were unaware of and really appreciated. The day of the job they showed up exactly when they said they would, repaired the patio roof as well as the maintenance items on the house roof, worked quickly and efficiently, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. There were no surprises — just professionalism and quality workmanship. I’ve known the owner for almost 20 years, and although I hadn’t needed any roofing work until now, I’ve always been impressed with her work ethic, integrity, and drive to provide the very best service possible. Seeing that commitment reflected so clearly in her company only reinforced my confidence in choosing Koala-T Roofing. Quality work, very fair pricing, and outstanding communication! We definitely plan to use them again when it's time to replace our house roof and very highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or skylight work.
