I had a person come to the house to get measurements and then we stopped in the showroom to choose flooring and other items pertaining to the project. My husband had a remodeling business for 21 years, weve remodeled our own high-end homes, and I am a designer so we knew what we wanted and had specific ideas and a good knowledge base. The gentleman in the showroom told us that they won't do things the way we wanted and became very patronizing. He folded his arms. shook his head at our comments and pushed back instead of conversing with us and trying to work with us. He was dismissive. rude and frustrating. He continued by looking at the young lady at the desk in the back and rolling his eyes. We walked right out of the store. I have never had anyone be so dismissive when looking to get our business and I have never treated anyone as rudely as we were treated.

We had been there a couple times, as well as the big box stores and several other independent flooring stores before we selected where to purchase. These folks were no pressure. We did 3 rooms - replaced carpet with wood-look tile. The installers were fantastic. They moved all the furniture we couldn't, and did the job quickly, without cutting corners. They cleaned up along the way, and end result is beautiful.
