  This is our second time using Henley's Flooring. Both times were for flooring and both times the jobs were beautiful. We highly recommend Henley's for any job you are looking to do. They were polite and cleaned up when they were done. We will be using them again and again.

  We needed our carpets stretched, we contacted Chris and he responded and promptly scheduled. The 2 men who came at the scheduled time were very professional , completing not only the two rooms we called about but another room and closet we had not noticed. When they were finished the rooms were vacuumed and furniture back in place. Very pleased with their service.

  They were very nice when we went in February 2022, to see about an estimate on a flooring job in our bedroom and master bath. We were told that they were scheduling into March. That time frame worked for us so we wanted to go ahead with the project. Two weeks had passed and we did not receive a start date. So we proceeded to the place of business and were told that they misplaced the estimate. Finally get it scheduled for April and received a phone call 6 days prior to start date to enquire if they could start 5 days early. At considerable inconvenience to us we agreed. Was told that the crew would be there the next day between 10-11 in the morning. 1 O'clock rolls around and had to call to find out where the crew was at. Were informed they would be there shortly. I believe they showed up about 3:30 start demolition. Once the project was completed no supervisor came to check the job quality. Upon clean up we discovered the toilet was not seated properly, it was wobbly. Several places where moulding had been broken and poorly reconstructed. Along with deep gouges in drywall that was not fixed, just a big hole. The moulding was filthy from outside and grimy hands. This is the first time we have had any company remove the moulding to replace flooring. It should have been suggested to us that the moulding could possibly need replacing, instead of trying to patch it. The flooring product is nice and looks good. The biggest problem was lack of communication between the office and ourselves. Factor in that there was not a supervisor to inspect the finished product to find all theses issues, that we should not have had to find. We did receive a discount for having to repair and paint moulding and drywall. They did offer to get a painter out, but by this time we were fed up. I would be very hesitant to use or recommend this company. I realize it is hard to find competent help, but is no excuse.
