    My floor tiles do not have enough mud under them...They are hallow under them. They are still cracking in half a year and a half later... 2 more cracked and I am begging them to replace them even though the year warranty is up... I have been waiting... and waiting for a verdict... HEY...Customer service???? is the issue...My warranty is up. To me they are being pennywise...and pound folish... as I have my eye on a Risewell Home in Verrado ...in August. My last home was a LAND/SEA (NEW HOME CO BOUGHT LAND SEA AND IS NOW RISEWELL) I am their return customer and presently I don't feel valued at all!!!! I will follow up on the status of the cracking tiles.... and how valued I am as a Risewell customer.
