  When reaching out it wasn't only convenient using text chat, but quick - never expected a fast reply like we got. Thank you, Angela! Technician Robye was scheduled the next day due to the essence of timeliness. We had our gas water heater and HVAC system looked at. It's recommended by technician that both should eventually be replaced being 26 years old, although they're both working properly. We were quoted for top of the line 5 star rating HVAC unit and gas water heater which we found surprisingly within budget. Unlike other HVAC companies who are not local, scalp you with unnecessary cost or fees, or limited to service - only can provide HVAC but not gas water heater replacement. It's nice to have a company that can do both and stand out due to integrity, honesty, and superior work. Thank you.

  Great service great staff. You guys treated me incredible excellent. You guys calling me to help me with my unit and giving me advice to save me some money is well appreciated. Me and my family are very very thankful. You guys are great.

  We have used Vista Pro for our heating and cooling needs for the past two years. EVERYONE has been awesome. Today Devin Cooper came to do our seasonal check up. He was very friendly, very thorough, and spent a long time checking, cleaning, and servicing our unit. We highly recommend Vista Pro for all your heating and cooling needs.   Had the Vista Pros team out to give us a few different options when our swamp cooler officially called it quits. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Ty, Leo, and Devin were awesome and so respectful coming through the house during the whole process. I even had kids home taking naps successfully- they couldn’t avoid every loud noise but did their absolute best to! Ended up with an AC and they gave us as much info as possible about the entire system, best things to do for it, etc.

  Chris (the technician) was fantastic to work with. He took his time, provided detailed descriptions/explanations as to what he was doing and for what reason, and was extremely friendly, personable, and engaging as a human being. Would highly recommend that if you need HVAC work completed, ask for Chris specifically. The company has also been simple to engage with as far as scheduling, pricing, and expectations. The most difficult part of the entire service process we experienced was awaiting the arrival of a part from the manufacturer. As it was a specialty part, travel time took longer than normal.
