Came out today bad road conditions when most of the town was shut down to make sure we had heat when our old furnace wouldn't work. Definitely above and beyond service.

Then tells our landlord that its our fault because our house has "clutter and is so filthy".We were using the washable air filter that our landlord had put in and told us to use and it was a piece of crap but i had kept the filter clean. But because they are friends it is now our fault we havent had ac for the month of July
