Lo and behold, 10 minutes past the appointed hour, I get a charming call informing me they "can’t make it today" and would I like to reschedule? Why, of course, I’d love to waste more of my time on a company that treats punctuality like a suggestion. One star for this stellar performance!

We finally canceled our contract. And you are will be on the line waiting to talk to someone for minimun of 20 mins.
