In an industry where trust can be hard, Larson AC has gained mine. I highly recommend them. In addition to the above: The tech was highly professional and did a great job. The customer service lady in scheduling was nothing short of being wonderful. The follow up phone call and team member I spoke to, continued that outstanding customer service. This company must pride themselves in customer service.

Thankfully, Kyle came to the rescue and completely turned the day around. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got everything back up and running smoothly, and even went the extra mile by installing my new thermostat flawlessly. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being easy and hassle-free thanks to him. Kyle’s attention to detail and genuine care for his work really stood out. We are currently in the process of having a new, and updated system installed with new duct work included. Travis came out to assess the project, and the issues we were having with the older system. He not only thoroughly inspected the unit itself, but climbed up into the attic to take a peek at everything else. He then took a moment to walk through the interior of the home, and inspected windows, vent registers and the volume of air at each location. The guy was absolutely detailed in his inspection, and in his explanation of his findings. In conclusion, Travis presented us with several options and recommendations on how to proceed rather than the standard “salesman approach” to purchasing unnecessary components through the quick sale approach.

He came by toward the end of his day to diagnose a loud noise coming through our AC vents and quickly identified that a fan blade had broken off, which ended up damaging the entire fan. He initially planned to return the next day to replace it, but due to an unexpected reschedule and not feeling well, there was a slight delay. What really stood out was how much he cared. Knowing that my roommate is recovering from knee surgery and struggling to sleep comfortably without AC—especially with Arizona temperatures in the high 90s—Travis made it a priority to get us taken care of. He picked up the replacement fan first thing the next morning and made us his first stop. We were incredibly grateful for his transparency, responsiveness, and genuine thoughtfulness throughout the process. It made a stressful situation so much easier. I always request him—I’m not a big fan of change, and while every interaction I’ve had with Larson has been positive, Sam brings a level of consistency and comfort that I really value. During my most recent visit, I learned that Sam has moved on to handling more complex projects, which honestly makes perfect sense. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and communicates in a way that’s both professional and easy for customers to understand. That said, Larson was willing to work with me, and Sam was kind enough to still come out and handle my routine maintenance. I’m sure anyone else on their team would have done a great job, but there’s a level of trust and confidence Sam has built over the years that’s truly top-tier. I can’t overstate how much I appreciate that. I also want to recognize a couple of other team members. Octavio handled a blown-in insulation install for me and was fantastic from start to finish. He conducted the assessment thoroughly and completed the work with professionalism and care. Lastly, I spoke with Andre over the phone, and he was equally impressive. He helped schedule me with a project manager for a mini-split system assessment and made the whole process easy. He was friendly, professional, and very customer-focused. He also made sure I was up to date on my maintenance and gave a helpful reminder to schedule my next service before things get too busy.
