  We just had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing install a BritaPro CitySoft whole home filtration system along with an under-the-sink reverse osmosis system at our home in Avondale, Arizona, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The difference in our water is night and day—our drinking water tastes incredibly fresh, our ice is crystal clear, and the water in our showers feels noticeably softer. From start to finish, the entire experience was extremely pleasant. The team was fast, efficient, professional, and very respectful of our home. The installation was clean, well-organized, and everything was explained clearly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. If you’re in Avondale or anywhere in the West Valley and looking for water filtration, water softening, or plumbing services, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This was a true 5-star experience across the board. The photos show the difference clearly—the crystal-clear ice and the clean, professional install of both the reverse osmosis system and the whole home filtration system.

  I had an amazing experience working with Cisco from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I originally received a quote from another company for about $1,400, but Cisco took the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain exactly what was going on. It ended up being a completely different (and much simpler) issue, and he walked me through every step of what he was doing to fix it. He was extremely communicative the entire time, he kept me updated on his ETA when he got delayed on another job and hit traffic, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he didn’t rush at all. He answered every plumbing question I could think of, even sharing his honest opinions on traditional water heaters vs. tankless systems. What really stood out was that he also took the time to look at a few other plumbing concerns around my home and offered to put together a more accurate and affordable quote than the one I’d previously received. It’s rare to find someone so thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again in the future and I’ll absolutely be requesting Cisco every time! 10/10 recommend!

  My husband recently passed away, and then my water heater went out -clearly a headache that was even harder for me to handle due to the circumstances - I called Ben Franklin plumbing because their number was on the install tag from the original build 7 years ago. I just needed hot water, and they were kind, not pushy. Clear and honest, but not salesy - offered their optional services, but didn't pry or pursue when I said 'not at this time'. Jack initiated the service, and Cisco took care of the actual replacement - both were kind and helpful. The job was completed quickly, and before the day was done, I was able to use my hot water once more. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need!

  This rating is based on my experience today and this company actually never coming to my house for the scheduled service. I am frustrated beyond what I can say. I called yesterday (Saturday) at 12:35pm to schedule them to work on a leak we are having from our dishwasher, which leaked into the living room. I called back at 6:00pm because there was no communication from anyone at the company at this point and I wanted to make sure that they were still coming. The answer was yes, I am still on their schedule. Then I called back at 8:58pm to make sure they were still coming and was told that I was rescheduled for today (Sunday). No one called to communicate that. Then today (Sunday), I called at 8:30am to make sure they were still coming. The answer was yes. I followed up again today at 4:30pm because there was no communication from anyone at the company at this point and I wanted to make sure that they were still coming. The answer was yes, I am still on their schedule. Then I called back one more time today at 8:54pm to make sure they were still coming. I am still on the schedule but again, zero communication from the company that they are clearly not coming today. So, I have canceled the appointment as I am already 2 days behind in solving my leak issue. Hopefully there is no damage due to this delay. I am going to call another company. Very disappointed in a company that has so many 5-star reviews. My experience has been anything but 5-star, unfortunately.
