He quickly assessed our annual pre-paid water heater maintenance and fully performed the effort safely (I was a plumber's helper, so I have an understanding). He communicated with us throughout his stay and afterwards completed by fully checking water pressures and what we could expect. Brad continues the excellent support from BF Plumbing Scottsdale that we have experienced since buying the water heater from them 7 years ago. Bravo Zulu Brad!

We have had three toilets replaced and installed. A new water heater installed. A shower repaired. Two bathroom sinks repaired. The kitchen plumbing repaired. All of these things on separate occasions. Tristan is a standout employee and you are lucky if you get him as your technician. A very trustworthy company.

They worked efficiently and kept a very tidy job site which is the sign of professionalism. Jack is very knowledgeable and personable, ensuring we knew what was happening throughout the entire process. He even installed our new toilet at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ben Franklin Plumbing should I need the services of a plumber in the future.

Cisco was very precise in everything he did during the install. He took time to explain what was being done and why. He was very professional from the time he rang my door bell until everything was complete and cleaned up. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Cisco for any of your plumbing needs. I received same day service from calling at 8 AM and was up and running by late afternoon. Great product great service and a professional installer in Cisco all at a fair price. Thank you
- DSDavid SmithDec 30, 20251.0This is the WORST plumber to get ‘punctual’ service. Our appointment for a clogged drain was on Monday between 8-10am. They showed at 7:00pm after multiple calls (nobody called back). The tech didn’t have the right tool and told us someone would be back the next day between 8-10. They are still not back at nearly 11am on day 2 and we STILL cannot get anyone to call us back. Save yourself the headache. NEVER use these clowns. The call center is great at ‘apologizing for the inconvenience’ but will not have any information. Simply awful.
