That being said, this product deserves a positive review! We built a house in Western NC almost 8 years ago, and our front door was produced at the ArtFactory. We searched for months to find a beautiful, quality built door. We loved the rustic modern look of the door. So we took the chance and ordered our door from Carla who was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Now for the door...It is nothing short of impressive, 3 inches of solid wood, something you would expect to see in a century old church in Europe. Really, it is incredible. We are in an environment that is hard on exterior finishes and this door has held up beautifully. We have never refinished it, never resealed it, even though Carla would recommend otherwise. The finish and hardware still look and function beautifully. I say, if you’re on the fence, go with ArtFactory!

It was an oversight entirely on my part, but it wasn't going to arrive in time for the benefit. When I reached out to Artmill and explained my dillemia, they jumped right in and made sure the print arrived on time. This is my second time using Artmill and I will definitely be a return customer! Quality prints and amazing customer service. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Instead, one of their employees who is a collector had almost identical pins on hand. They refinished them to match the old one. After replacing the missing pins, the chest is gorgeous! I'm thrilled with their work and extremely helpful attitude.
