The house has had many issues they claim to have a warranty but I put in a request and they never show up and when I followed up they said someone would contact me and they never did. 1 year later and they never even came by to fix issue ended up spending thousands to fix some issues

So called GE they came out and stated worst fridge can't believe they put these in houses, made for garages, won't replace, will order parts until the warranty runs out huh?? Now today water pouring out of the wall in my bedroom. Are you kidding me!!! No one answers the phones, im pissed!!! Starlight , what's going on here? A 2 month old house!!!
