- MPMatt P1 day ago1.0Ahston woods earned 2023 builder of the year award. They built my house in 2021 in Arizona. Since then, we had a window randomly break, evidence of the header is not strong enough to support the weight of the two story house with a giant crack running in the stucko that lines up with the header. Then recently my roof is leaking above my patio. If you want a shitty built house, by all means buy from these guys. O ya, they stated the warrenty wouldnt cover the window / header and that leaking roofs warrenty was only good for 3 years. This shouldnt happen with a 4 year old house, period.

Found out that the foundation was very bumpy, uneven, make sure you check on your walk around and mark with blue tape where it looks unleveled.
