AWFUL..!!!! We spent time checking out various places and houses to find a home that fit our budget. They offered us great resources and low interest rates, claiming we wouldn't incur any out-of-pocket expenses; they promised us many things verbally if we agreed to sign. We signed with high hopes, believing that we were finally going to have the very thing we had always dreamed of: a home. But as the process dragged on, they demanded an exorbitant amount of money—funds we simply didn't have. We handed over a sum that was supposedly meant to reserve the house, with the assurance that it would be refunded later. Surprise: it wasn't. They didn't return a single penny; instead, they asked for even more money. They claimed they would provide a financial subsidy for first-time homebuyers, but we never received it. They also promised to reimburse our closing costs so we wouldn't have to pay them ourselves—another promise left unfulfilled. When we called to confront them, their response was simply: "Verbal agreements don't count; everything must be in writing." They told us they would rectify the situation, but that never happened. The very day we were looking forward to the most—the day that was supposed to bring us the greatest joy—you turned into a nightmare. I cried my eyes out. I felt scammed, deceived, and utterly disillusioned. You toyed with our emotions—with a family's dream of finally securing a home. You made promises you never intended to keep, simply telling us, "Just sign now, and we'll sort out the details later"—which, of course, never happened. Do you really think it's acceptable to play with a family's hopes like this? Just tell the truth about what you're actually offering; that way, you won't deceive people, and they can decide for themselves whether the deal is truly in their best interest. We did end up with a house, but at a steep cost: we drained all our savings and went deep into debt just to cover all the expenses they demanded. I truly feel scammed and deceived. Do not put your trust in anything these people say.
