  Can’t recommend this place enough!! My wife and I are going to move to Safford, and we’re building a tiny home. We needed a mini excavator, and Nicole and Kaden were very helpful with setting up the reservation. All I had to tow it was my Chevy Suburban. My ball was too low, so Chandler and Tayson let me borrow one, but then the trailer chains didn’t reach. They put their heads together with Josh, and were able to find a truck to spare and Chandler delivered it for me. Amazing service from everyone, they went out of their way to make things work for me. This is my first time being in Safford, and I’m amazed with the people of this town, and very excited to be moving here! Way to go everyone at United Rentals!!

  Rented 2 scissor lifts recently for a project from this location. They only showed up with one- 2 hours late, and then came back a couple hours later to deliver the second one. Delayed our project for a whole day since we didn't have the equipment on site when scheduled, costing our company more since we had to pay for hotels for our crew to stay an extra day. Not to mention one scissor lift was barely functional when they dropped it off. They tried charging us for a repair on one (probably the one that was barely running to begin with) which they eventually credited, but no credit for the fact that they were late on the delivery. Would not reccomend this company or this location to anyone.

  DO NOT RENT We rented a road grader from them last weekend. Had flat tire trouble due to a previous bad patch. Which we ended up having to fix ourselves. They did give us an awesome credit though in the end. However, my boss and the owner had a heated argument on the phone about who’s responsibility it was. We ended up having to rent it again this week and I am sitting here waiting for it to be delivered. But the equipment did not show up because the owner of United rentals said he doesn’t want to do business with us anymore. HE DIDN’T GIVE US ANY WARNING OR NOTICE. I had verified the reservation with the office last week and no one contacted us at all. THEY JUST LEFT US IN THE LURCH!

  We used United Rental twice, the first time we had no problems with the equipment. The second time the bolts kept breaking off the machine we were using but they were closed on the weekend. On Monday we told them what happened and they went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely use them in the future.
