- DWDarrell WynantFeb 9, 20241.0We came here multiple times to look at 1 specific house. We were very close to buying... Our Salesman (Jason) in training was excellent! Informative, friendly and as forward as he could be. The problem was with the person training him (Andy). He lied to us about multiple things then didn't even have the decency to call us about it once we found out. I'm certain these guys are spiffed for using their financing... but to just toss people aside when they don't want to use your financing OR don't pass with credit to use them. . . Thats pretty low. Instead he had his trainee call us. We will not be buying with these guys. In fact we specifically avoided them after this. We decided to go with KB homes instead and bought a house in Sahaurita. I hope they decide to stop using Andy as a trainer. What a joke.

Unfortunately circumstances didn’t allow us to be approved for the loan and I specifically asked if we would get the money we paid back and he said yes, I have yet to get a refund and was told AFTER it was only going to be half of what we paid. I made sure to ask if we’d get the full refund and was told yes. I was lied to. Save your time and money.
