- DODani OOct 2, 20245.0We have purchased many brand new builds over the years. There will always be things needed to be fixed post move in. We understand that. We had some issues with trade work post move in. These items did resolve. We have had a great experience since working with Jorge during our 1 year warranty phase. We love the Dominic floorplan! It is perfect for us. Overall, we are pleased with our home and Richmond American. Kudos to Lauren in sales as she was great to work with! She is definitely an asset for RA. Kudos to Jorge, our 1 year Warranty Superintendent as he has been very responsive. So all in all, we are pleased and super excited to be living in West Park Estates! And to top it off, we have great neighbors all around too!
