- SKSrikanth KunduriNov 2, 20251.0We visited the Aston Woods community with our 3- and 5-year-old kids, and our experience with the sales agent, Charlotte Ralphs, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, she was unwelcoming and dismissive, showing no genuine interest in helping us. Her responses were short and uninformative, and she seemed visibly irritated just because our kids were playing nearby. Her expressions and tone made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It’s surprising to see that level of unprofessionalism from someone whose role is to greet families and represent the community. Basic courtesy and a welcoming attitude are the least one would expect from a home sales representative. Charlotte did ask us to come back, and while we might, we would prefer to work with a different sales agent next time. Aston Woods builds beautiful homes, and we truly hope their customer experience can reflect the same quality and warmth their homes are known for.
