  I had the task of updating my Mother's home in Prescott prior to putting it on the market. The entire house needed new flooring. With the help of Marcus and the team at Prescott Flooring Brokers, we were able to choose new carpet for the bedrooms and a wonderful wide-plank, laminate wood flooring product for the living areas. They were timely, professional, competitively priced and communicative. Their installers did a stellar job, all the way to the final step - installation of baseboards through the house. A local, family business that will take care of you every step of the way!

  I have used Prescott Flooring on two different occasions. Marcus (the owner) and Adam were very helpful and accommodating each time. I felt their prices were reasonable and scheduling was easy. John the installer was did a fantastic job. Thank You

  Decent service at first, but months after installation of glue-down vinyl flooring, we noted gaps between some of the planks large enough to stand a silver dollar on edge. Upon inquiry to the seller/installer, rather than offering a potential remedy (which IS available) the GM assumed a defensive posture and claimed that this was normal contraction. He based this contention on a picture and knowing that this was a seasonal home, although we maintain a temperature of 52 degrees when the home is unoccupied. Research indicates that such gapping is well beyond industry standards. The floor also shows many bumps and surface irregularities, indicating inadequate floor preparation. They offered to come to have a look, but it was obvious from his response that nothing was going to be done to remedy the issues. Not wanting to perpetuate his argumentative and somewhat condescending tone, I chose to address the issue on my own. I also contacted the manufacturer, Karndean Design Flooring, but received no response. I would not recommend Prescott Flooring Brokers in Prescott Arizona... Apparently the attractive two-year warranty is discretionary?

  These guys are outstanding. Adam was a great help sourcing a transition piece of flooring I needed. They are fair on their prices and everyone is very helpful. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again for future projects.
