We trusted her to guide us through the many choices in carpeting. We had a swatch of fabric for some furniture we ordered a Joe's. Janelle has a great eye for detail and after looking at many samples of carpet and even taking carpet sample boards home, we decided on a beautiful wall to wall for the living room. The owner, Jason Miele came to our house, measured the area perfectly, took the opportunity to educate us on carpet choice., looked at and compared our sample boards and agreed with Janel's recommendation. Believe me....it's tough trying to match carpet to furnishing. Your choice is something you have to live with for a long time. After Jason finished the education and measuring process, I was no longer sweating bullets....TRUST THE EXPERTS!! They really know what they are doing. Installation day - Fred and German arrived on time. Ready to work. No nonsense, very respectful and efficient. They installed our carpet perfectly. Not one hiccup, flawless. If you are considering purchasing carpet, just ignore the big box stores. Choose Miele for all your flooring needs. The staff's patience, guidance and knowledge made our choice in a flooring company an easy decision.

The customer service, flooring and installation were all great! Showed up on time, completed on time and were great to work with. The pricing was competitive.
