  This company and all the employees are by far the BEST humans and business in this area!!! We had worked with two other floor companies one in Prescott the other in the Valley and walked away being very disappointed with the lack professionalism, employee sincerity and work performance. As expected, we were a little hesitant when walking through the doors to Miele Floors, yet to our surprise it was a breath of fresh air :-) We were greeted by Janel who was so kind and pleasant to work with. She took the time to listen to our frustrations, desires and educating us with the right floor for our needs. The owner Jason was another breath of fresh air~ We met him in our home when he came to do the measurements and had such a wonderful time talking and getting to know one another he entered our home as a stranger and left as a friend. Adrian and Paul who installed our floors where just as wonderful, kind and easy to talk with. Not only were we impressed with their professionalism yet, their quality of work was also PHENOMIAL!!! We highly recommend Miele Floors to everyone we talk to that is looking for this service as we know you will not be disappointed and we're pretty sure you will find yourself having a few good new friends along the way!

  First impressions are everything in a business. The receptionist (Janel), greeted us with a smile and immediately put us at ease. We trusted her to guide us through the many choices in carpeting. We had a swatch of fabric for some furniture we ordered a Joe's. Janelle has a great eye for detail and after looking at many samples of carpet and even taking carpet sample boards home, we decided on a beautiful wall to wall for the living room. The owner, Jason Miele came to our house, measured the area perfectly, took the opportunity to educate us on carpet choice., looked at and compared our sample boards and agreed with Janel's recommendation. Believe me....it's tough trying to match carpet to furnishing. Your choice is something you have to live with for a long time. After Jason finished the education and measuring process, I was no longer sweating bullets....TRUST THE EXPERTS!! They really know what they are doing. Installation day - Fred and German arrived on time. Ready to work. No nonsense, very respectful and efficient. They installed our carpet perfectly. Not one hiccup, flawless. If you are considering purchasing carpet, just ignore the big box stores. Choose Miele for all your flooring needs. The staff's patience, guidance and knowledge made our choice in a flooring company an easy decision.

  We had a great experience with Miele Flooring. From meeting Chris and Janelle in the showroom, to Adrian and Paul our installers….everyone was the absolute best! All were very attentive to what we wanted done.They kept us informed about delivery, and arrival times. Paul and Adrian were very respectful of our home, polite, professional, and friendly. We love our new floor!

  Installers arrived today and did a great job. Miele gets my vote on quality and professionalism. So glad I did this. Thanks so much and we will be doing business again in the future.

  We purchased a home in Hassayampa. We replaced all of the flooring in the entire house as well as had baseboards replaced. The customer service, flooring and installation were all great! Showed up on time, completed on time and were great to work with. The pricing was competitive. I highly recommend utilizing Miele Flooring!
