Janel in the office listened to our priorities and recommended a newer flooring that they started carrying in October, called TrueTouch Evolv Timber. I was a bit skeptical as the marketing material sounds too good to be true, but I was able to talk to one of the owners at the manufacturer to get some information. Jason, the owner of Miele Floors worked with us to ensure a solid quote with contingency in it for our 100 yr old house floors. Harry our project manager checked on the project frequently and answered all of our questions along the way. Adrian and Paul, our installers were amazing to work with, patient with us and did fantastic work getting our floors evened and stabilized after removing the glue down parquet, tile and old laminate flooring throughout the entire house. We are very happy with the product installed, and the experience with Miele Floors. Definitely would recommend them.
