When they were able to come and install the downspout, I got a call saying that it is in their truck and that the installers needed one more job so can they come and install it. How long did they have the downspout in the truck?? Was I such a small job that they would not schedule a time to come out when it was ready?? Then, after install, I received my final bill with a big red “PAST DUE” stamped on it. I paid them when they asked for payment. There was not delay in my payments. I resent this. I wrote a note on the final bill expressing my displeasure. No one has reached out to me. The gutter itself seems to be of good quality. It was installed after several big rains and I live on a hill. I am not happy with that kind of service.
