  Technician was polite and explained everything, however: what they describe/sell as a "tune up" does zero. Nothing is tuned up. It's simply a "look see", like a diagnostic or check up. FOR ACTUAL WORK-WORK, you'd need to pay hundreds $$ more. I'm SO tired of these bait-and-switches.

  Wolfgang’s is awesome! My technician, Cooper was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything. Cooper ROCKS! This company is customer service oriented, starting from the top with General Manager, John Brown! They will take good care of you!

  Joshua and his assistant provided exceptional service. They were thorough, professional and friendly. Joshua used photos and videos detailing the services performed and provided options for possible improvements to our system without a hard sell.

  I’ve used Wolfgangs for years, they have always been very good and very reasonably priced. I’ve never had any reason to not use them, because they’ve never given me a reason not to use them! 2 years ago they replaced my AC, and now a mini-split. Most recently I worked with Mike, who was very knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind. Getting a quote from someone who is more interested in your needs than their own sales quota is always a refreshing experience. At the end of the day, their craftsmanship is always great, the prices are attractive, and I know I can trust their work will last!

  After 15 years as a customer snd they've always provided reliable AC service and installations in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different and disappointing.The text notification system is not synced with tech and logistics has tech driving across valley. At 130 received notice tech would be on-site in 30 minutes, at 2 no tech, at 330 sent text for eta. Received update he would be there in 10 minutes. At 4:55 contacted company as this is not usual for this company and understand issues come up with repairs or maybe there is a safety concern. The dispatcher called me back and said tech would be on his way from Mesa that is more than 30 minutes. He arrived after 6. In past techs would turn on unit from thermostat and replace filter. I had new filter leaning up against the wall. Tech said he turned on from the actual unit not thermostat, but I did not hear it come on. I understand he had long day and when I sign order it was 730. I appreciate that they've handled my needs well historically, this recent job was not the same as past maintenances and I am questioning this service process.
