He took the time to really listen to my concerns and walked me through exactly what was happening with my AC system in a way that made sense. What I appreciated most was the zero-pressure approach. Jack didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need - which is rare and something I truly value. He focused on diagnosing the issue, fixing the problem, and making sure I understood everything before he left. Jack was thorough, communicative, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue was resolved efficiently, and I feel confident in the work that was done. I genuinely hope he’s the technician sent out for any future service calls. It’s not often you find someone this trustworthy and professional.
