Talor came out to service our unit. I have never had a technician be so forthcomming with valid information. Talor took the time to do the best 6 month check up I have ever seen. I would like to have Talor back for every check up. Fantastic work, great attitude fixed little extra's like my condensate PVC. I never asked her to fix it she just did. I like that. You want to keep customers, Talor should give lessons to all your technicians..
