- RSRobert SmithFeb 21, 20265.0I had recently purchased a home in Prescott Valley that had damage to the main garage door and some operational issues with the small door. After calling two other local garage door companies with little to no results I called Topnotch. They responded immediately, made an appointment for them to come by my home. I decided to add a new direct drive door opener to the main door and move the opener to the other door. They made it easy, as soon as the door arrived they came by, installed the door and opener as well as moving the old opener to the small garage. When all said and down they notified me if one panel on the new door was coming apart. They advised me that they would get back to as soon as the new panel arrived. Several weeks later. They came out, replaced the die me the estimate.the employees are fast, professional, personable and timely. This company is responsive and customer friendly. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
