  These people left their porta potty at the wrong address. The girl that answers tells me she hasn't heard back from the customer. Who cares - it's at the wrong address. Called again - same excuse. I just want them to remove the outhouse above my house! Don't do business with these people!

  This place sucks take your money elsewhere getting skipped and then calling them and getting skipped on the next day is a weekly routine some weeks there a whole week late and you call and they keep saying the next day I’m a month into the service so far and have been skipped every week

  I'm not a direct customer, however they drive by my house every Tuesday. I wrote an email to their "info" email posted on their website to ask that the trucks abide by the speed limit posted on our small privately owned gravel road. Crickets. This company's truck drives probably 40mph on a posted 15mph road. Dust, dirt and rocks are flying everywhere. It didn't take much effort to find almost exclusively negative reviews. Generally, we prefer small locally owned companies, but not in this case. At least WM drives courteously in our neighborhood.

  Where do I start, our scheduled day is Wednesday, sometimes they come on Tuesday without any notice, sometimes it's Wednesday. Regularly get skipped, will hit the neighbors on either side of me, but skip me at the end of the road. Dispatch will have some excuse, oh it's a new driver, still learning, it looked muddy (I have fully rocked driveway). Say they will come on the next route and make the pickup, rarely do. Another time, got skipped, called dispatch before the truck was even off my street, oh he has a tight schedule and can't get back to you to day. It's 3 mins out of his way to come back and do the job I pay $80 a month for. Customer service is ridiculous and full of excuses and empty promises, don't avoid, run away from this company that needs a new name. UPDATE: These crooks charged me $51.75 for an "additional pickup" after they got my next door neighbors, but skipped me. This people are criminals.
