  Just started using Way Cool this year and I have had nothing but great experiences with both their Pluming and Air team. Edwin Guevara came to perform the summer maintenance on our ac and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made helpful recommendations.

  The Way Cool Plumbing & Air team did such an incredible job installing not one but TWO new AC units & TWO new furnaces in our home in North Phoenix. Chris and Kyle both were integral in getting this project taken care of for us. We were nervous about the cost and getting the units installed but the team worked with us on both those concerns. They were understanding of our budget and were creative in finding a way for us to stay within our comfort zone. Also, they were quick to get the units installed. We were concerned that we would be without AC for a week but Kyle was able to get us on the schedule a day later! Jorge and his team doing the installation arrived right on time and I really appreciated the e mail & text notifications of who each of the installers were that were entering my home. They were very tidy and thoughtful with the installation and from what I can tell they did an incredible job! Our house is nice and cold! I would totally recommend the Way Cool team if you have any AC maintenance or need a new installation! Thank you Chris, Kyle, Jorge and team! We really appreciate you guys!

  Really impressed with Kyle, the sales executive and the installers Jorge and Christian. The installation was so smooth and the final result of the new HVAC unit is everything I could hope for. I did some comparison estimates and Way Cool came in as the best option by far. Looking forward to a long relationship with Way Cool!

  Anthony from WAY COOL Plumbing & AC was great. He inspected every water edifice for operational integrity as well as leaks. He explained everything he was doing. He explained what work will need to be done in the future and why such work was important. In short, Anthony was just like every other employee from WAY COOL that I have encountered; he was professional, efficient and effective.

  Richard did an excellent job explaining how my air conditioning unit is functioning and clearly walking me through the service he provided. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail, as well as his willingness to answer all of my questions. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident in the service I received. Highly recommend!
