  Dominic was a consummate professional who did an awesome job Unblocking the mainline to our septic tank by process of elimination and making our home normal again. We went from the home warranty company sent out a guy, who had no clue how to fix it or even where the clean out was… to Rooter Ranger who sent the very knowledgeable Dominic to the rescue. Thank you!

  Nathanael Waters (apt name for a plumber) was incredibly professional and very thorough. My issue didn't even end up being pipe/plumbing related but rather appliance related but Nathanael took the time to inspect every possibility before concluding so. I was impressed by the care taken even when I wasn't going to end up needing services, it's this level of service that will absolutely keep Rooter Ranger top of mind for all my future plumbing needs and I will happily recommend them as well!

  Austin did a great job. Confirmed what I thought the issue was. He did let me know that it most likely will need further work which I understand. Was appreciative of him not being pushy, and understanding right now may not be a good time for us to do further work, but did let us know it most likely will happen again.

  I wanted to contact the company on its website, but it did not have a "contact me" feature. I encountered one of your workers on the road today, and I was not impressed with the way he drove. To keep it short and precise, I would not do business with a company that hired bad drivers, changed lanes without a signal, or tried to squeeze their truck between cars with insufficient room, so I had to slam my brakes... Update: Tristen, thank you for your timely response. I want to be clear: I don't want to be difficult, but I take people driving work trucks seriously. Even though the worker wasn't driving an 18-wheeler, he was in a taller vehicle that blocked the view, and the way he switched lanes without signaling or with insufficient space left, causing me to slam my brakes, was concerning. I was behind a Toyota RAV4, and even though I had a safe distance between the SUV and I, I did not invite a work truck to squeeze in, leaving me no room to react should something happen with the SUV in front of it. There was also a line of cars behind me, and I could have easily been hit from the back when I slammed the brakes. I trust that you will address this issue with the appropriate person. Thanks again for your attention.
