- CHChad HerronMar 31, 20261.0Ordered 480 volt draw out breakers for a large project and it has been over two years since I started the process of submittals and I still have no breakers. I was told breakers had an 18 week lead time and it has now been 60 weeks. I had to find an alternative way to get draw out breakers. During the whole process the communication with the outside salesman was non existent. I would email him and not get a response for weeks. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend doing business with them.
