  Our remodeling of our shower/bathtub to a walk in shower and closet was a wonderful experience from the first sells person to the last worker that left our house. They were very polite, friendly and respectful to our family. Steve promptly took care of us when we decided to add on to the project at the last minute! So to him we owe a special thanks!

  This was a very pleasant experience. Lance, my salesperson, was very professional and understood my concerns and needs. Blake and Sebastian, the installers of my new shower remodel, were friendly, hardworking, and listened to my concerns also. I'm very pleased to have used this company! I feel valued as a customer!

  Since all the hardware is on the left as user enters, I would prefer the handle on the glass door to be on the left of the sliding door as opposed to it being on the right. Thus, user slides it open using the handle which, by design, is on the right away from the user.

  The product is high end, the quality is top notch and the service is impeccable. No grout to maintain! Highly recommend!

  My Issue is I plan on getting a walk in tub by kohler because of the life time warranty and quality. I called renuity for a quote, the rep on the phone said they will come out zero obligation. I said No I dont need it because I am not purchasing until the end of the year. I need the cost so I can budget, she said no issue they will come out and give us a quote . I said no again because i dont want sales tactics., She once again assured me no sales simple quote and let us know their product. Ok I finally gave in. ... AND the sales person who came out was fantastic BTW, let us know they give a $3000 Time and travel discount on their first visit and only offer that on their first visit. So the lady on the Phone just lost me $3000 discount!!! I said I am not buying till the end of the year and she sent them out knowing I would lose the discount. I am still purchasing it because of the quality and warranty and my wife needs it medically But I am very frustrated that even after explaining to their Phone Rep she lost me a $3000 discount. if I had know that I would have waiting until December and had them come out for the first time then
