  Total scheduling failure. I was told I did not need to be home for the HVAC appointment, then it was canceled because no one was home. On top of that, I left work for a plumbing appointment I was told I needed to be home for, so I left the office to be home at the indicated time, and that appointment canceled too. Now they’re saying HVAC can’t be rescheduled until May 26. Bad communication, bad coordination, and a huge waste of my time.

  Ok so I want to update what I said about the company from yesterday. I got a call from management and they were not happy that I wasn’t happy. They sent two techs out the same day. I must say I’m so happy with the work. The guys were amazing, friendly and professional. I tipped them because the work was so great. Thank you Riley company. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again soon.

  We had a great experience with Patrick Riley Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric! Our electrical technician, Kyle Smith, was fantastic from start to finish. He removed our old dining room light fixture and installed a new light/fan combo we purchased from Costco—and even assembled it straight out of the box in under an hour. Kyle was polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Very nice to work with, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

  Do not do business with these people. I had them install a new hot water heater 3-4 yrs ago, thats all. I've had monthly calls ever since about inspecting my HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water softener, and everything else in my house. I have said for 3-4 years stop calling we are covered with all appliances and everything else. And the calls continue. Can't block, calls come from different numbers every time. Always Patrick Riley.

  The service was excellent. Our service technician, Aaron, called when he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. Once there he was quick to identify the problem and give us a detailed quote and applied all the discounts we qualified for. The price with all the discounts was acceptable, without the discounts the price was WAY too much and I would have declined service and replaced the faulty run capacitor myself. Overall I'm pleased with the service. I'm only giving 4 stars for the price it would have cost without the discounts.
